imageimageThe who is who in the Nigeria UK community gathered on Friday 18/12/2014 to celebrate the legacy of Nigeria’s high commissioner to UK – His Excellency Dr Dalhatu Sarkie Tafida. The high profile event celebrated his birthday and launch of his biography, the first in the Eminent Nigerian series of books written by Dr Nkem Ezeilo , an initiative of NDDIS by Chief Bimbo Folayan at the millennium Gloucester Hotel London.

Dr Nkem Ezeilo is the foremost Nigerian medic to open a Lifestyle Medicine clinic on London’s prestigious Harley Street. The prolific writer and no nonsense medical genius has also appeared on BBC radio 5 as she continues to spread the message of healthy lifestyle in London, transforming lives. Adding to numerous of her publications is the book : The African time syndrome and how one mannish tackling it. The legacy of Dr Dalhatu Sarki Tafida OFR. CFR.

Among the high profile guests at the event were also, Nigerian best selling author and publisher Emeka Anyanwu, Nollywood UK first crown Queen Theodora Ibekwe- Oyebade and her husband, Chief Ayo Oyebade, Cllr Anna Mbachu, Mrs Kate Anolue former mayor of Enfield among others.
