Sola OyebadeMr Sola Oyebade to receive Icon recognition at CA Awards 2017 for his contributions in the fashion and events industry over a decade.

Sola Oyebade, popularly known as Mr Mahogany is the multi award winning, CEO of Mahogany International, an events and project management company which he started in 1996. With a mixed Educational background from the UK and Nigeria, Sola is a graduate of Sociology from the University of Lagos.

This former model who started out modelling at the age of 16 also runs Mahogany Productions and Events and Mahogany Model Management which are part of Mahogany International. He has been very active in the global entertainment and fashion scene with his many roles, which range from show producer, creative director, catwalk choreographer and model scout and manager.

He has been associated with some of the most successful shows, concerts and projects performing various roles either as show producer, project or creative director. Some of these shows include;

When he is not neck deep in work, he spends his time traveling, listening to music of all genres, reading or watching movies or attending events, often to see what works or what doesn’t in order to improve his own work.
