150 years of Women and power dressing brought to the design museum.

The exhibition of women fashion power exhibition opens at the design museum on the 29th October, showcasing the various powerful women who's taste and fashion experience has influenced what women wear and how the wear it over the years. From Elizabeth I to Margaret Thatcher, Coco Chanel to Lady Gaga, Rihanna to first lady Michelle Obama and the likes of runway princess Naomi Campbell, women have always used fashion as a form of self-expression and part of a sophisticated visual language. Using fashion, these women have defined and enhanced their position in the world.

“Kalango” is a narrative that fiercely took off with a click to set the tone for Leadership that is constantly lacking in Nigerian society since its independence.
