Usman after his victory against Colby Covington on Sunday said: “This one is not just for me, this is for the whole entire world.”

In the First Round: Covington came to the bout with so much energy, responding with a slew of combinations to every jab threw at him by Usman.

Usman hurting his opponent with vicious body shots and Covington stunning Usman with a body-head combo (and a hook, very early in the round) summed up an exciting second round fight.

The highlight in the third round was Usman hitting blows to the abdomen of Covington and Covington retaliating with a head kick and an errant poke to the eye of Usman.

Not only did Usman pace dropped in the fourth round, but he was also made to retreat more than once as Covington threw powerful punches and landed consist uppercuts on him.

In the last round (fifth round), Covington was on Usman, hitting him with a left jab and right uppercut. About 2minutes towards the end of the boxing match, Usman found an opening, struck and hurt Covington badly, felling him twice to earn the TKO victory.
