Uber London

Transport For London (TFL) has for the second time refused to renew Uber’s London operational licence (PHV), citing concerns over health and safety, branding the operator, “not fit and proper.”

TFL says there’s been concerns over the identification of drivers and has reportedly found over fourteen thousand (14000) trips where there’s been a different driver making the trip from the one shown on the app.

Uber now has 21 days to appeal the decision and the case will be taken to the magistrate.
