Serena Williams launches her own fashion line just as she steps out from winning her first match at the French Open,her first Grand Slam match since winning the 2017 Australian Open, the 3-time champ #SerenaWilliams beats Karolina Pliskova 7-6 6-4 to reach the #RolandGarros R2.

The fashion line, Serena is inspired by strong, sexy, sophisticated, sassy, sure, smart, stylish, silly, and spontaneous women who are living their best lives, or making it up as they go—kinda like Serena Williams herself.

Announcing the release of her S collection on social media, the worlds number one tennis champion recalls her owb personal experience and share of the naysayers. She wrote, “They say life is about timing. I learned this lesson at age 18… After 15 years of false starts and people in fashion telling me no, it only only drove me to work harder, and I allowed that belief in myself to drive me to reach my dream.
Today, I am proud to launch @Serena, my own online shop. Never stop believing in yourself. You’re worth it.”
