Ciroc launches in South Africa

Lifestyle brand and drink of choice to the stars, Ciroc, has officially made its way to our African shores.

The launch,took place in the posh Johannesburg neighbourhood of Houghton which saw Bonang Matheba, David Tlale, Dj Dimples and Da Les introduced as the official brand ambassadors.

Matheba is the current face of Revlon,radio host,tv presenter and MC whose star continues to rise.

David Tlale has just come from an amazing showing at New York Fashion Week and continues to mark his influence in the American market.

Dj Dimples has over the past few years become a dominant force in the music industry and also founded Pop Bottles,which is a hip hop event that’s hosted in different SA cities and become popular among South African youth.

The last of the ambassadors,Da Les is fresh from winning the Tropika Island of Treasure competition which saw him snag a

cool R1million(USD 90,402). 2014 also saw the birth of his daughter.

The Head of Reserve,speaking on the ambassadors said: “Together, these personalities embody the character that makes up a uniquely CÎROC experience and lifestyle. As we welcome them to a new stage upon which to celebrate their achievements, the CÎROC Circle is also indicative of South Africa’s new-found international celebration status”.

The vodka is popular among rappers in the States and famously marketed by P Diddy.

Its selection of ambassadors shows that the brand wants to maintain its premium drink of choice status and we wish them all luck as they embark on this new endeavor.
