Zimbabwean woman Emily Munemo stabbed to death in the UK

A Zimbabwean woman, a mother of two has reportedly been found murdered at her house in UK this Saturday morning. According to reports, Emily died from stab wounds. Her husband has been taken into custody and police are not looking for any other suspect.

Late Emily is said to be a classmate to Zimbabwean celebrated human rights activist Muvzare Betty Makoni – CNN hero. Emily was a graduate from the prestigious Oxford Brookes University according to her friends and relatives. Tributes continue to pour on her Facebook page. She has reportedly recently moved with her family to a new house. There’s no report of what caused the tragic attack on Emily.

Campaigners are calling on women to have the courage to walk out of violent relationships and stay alive to train their kids and have a fulfilled life.
