Startups in the fashion industry are coming up, to some of us it’s a new a new terrain for fashion, and we can’t wait to see what creative minds will do in the space.

Here are some of the fashion startups we can’t possibly ignore because of their impact int he fashion industry.

  1. Fashpa.com: Fashpa is a brand that was founded in 2013 by Honey Ogundeyi. According to Fashpa.com, they design and produce the majority of their limited-edition ready-to- wear collections in their own factory headquarters in Nigeria, West Africa. Their designs are stylish and contemporary for every woman. Fashpa is Nigeria’s leading online fashion store, and it has customers across 10 countries. 2. Dressmeoutlet.com: dressmeoutlet.com is an online platform where people can shop for fashion items fashion health & beauty products and home goods. The platform retails various products and items from global designers. The CEO of Dressmeoutlet, Olatorera Oniru, in 2016, was named as one of the Forbes most promising young African entrepreneurs.

3. The5kshop.com: this startup’s aim is to provide you with quality clothing within the range of 5k and below! It is an independent online retailer of fashion, beauty, and lifestyle products. It also stocks from other retailers to its own label ‘T5S’. In 2016, the CEO of The5kshop.com, Sophia Ike-Onu was named as one of the first place winners of the 2016 edition of  ‘Enterprise Challenge’ competition announced by The British Council, in partnership with Virgin Atlantic Airways, Zenith Bank, and Samsung West Africa.
