Hundreds have taken to twitter to complain of having waited for their order for over an hour without delivery. Some say they have been charged for the order but there’s no sign of the placed order being tracked by the system.
One Twitter user wrote, “@Deliveroo just placed an order and was charged but no active orders are showing and called the restaurant and they have not received my order. Your lines are all down… what’s going on?”
