Outrage as Fake Honorary Doctorate is Bought and Sold Among Africans.

Well meaning Nigerians cry out as more and more stories of fake honorary doctorate is traded within the community. Our team continue to watch with keen interest as what is potentially a fraudulent act spreads.
Mr Eze Ihenacho, a Nigerian in UK and who is widely known as an advocate for humanity has taken to Facebook to decry this awful scandal about to engulf an entire community. Nigeria is widely associated with crime and fraud and seeing as this particular incident is mainly spreading among Nigerians, its only right that it is nipped in the right in the bud.

Earlier we reported on the credentials of this institution issuing fake doctorate to Africans and we’re still gathering more information from victims and those who have been approached by these fraudsters. You can follow the story as it unfolds here .
Mr Ihenacho on his live Facebook video called on all Nigerian community leader to speak out now before its too late.

“I have seen so many links here of several entertainment people being awarded with honorary doctorate degrees which is really not the issue. Those honorary doctorates are all by recognized universities that provide academic excellence not an academy of global something that plays on the weak personalities of some individuals and hands over a worthless and a honourless paper to them in exchange for some money in deceit of recognition of their work on peace and that money raised is used for peace programmes. This is why it was so easy to colonize us. It is even being done here in Europe by Asians in connivance with some Africans. Truly sad” HRM Oba Dokun Thompson.

Honorary awards are not to be used anyhow. I remember Michele Obama was given an honorary doctorate but she never used it before her name. For those using theirs should really examine themselves.

“I was offered this such award and was so shocked as to being honoured until I was told to give a certain amount. I’ve told them I won’t pay for honouring me so awaiting their response. Otherwise I won’t be accepting such. It’s ridiculous really!!!!
It would also appear that most of those receiving this award are from a particular race and culture. Which reflects the need to be in position and have letters after they’re names with no effort. If this were a European or white person they will investigate thoroughly before treading and would ask questions to authenticate the cause. Again it’s speaks to where we’re coming from easily influenced by deception because the heart isn’t right!
