Pro-democracy activist, Omoyele Sowore has been arrested by Nigeria Security.

According to reports by Sahara Reporters, the publisher and convener of the #Revolutionnow campaign, Omoyele was arrested in his apartment in the early hours of today, Saturday August 3rd. The DSS invaded his apartment with four trucks, seizing his phones and other electronic gadgets. His whereabouts is currently unknown.

Primark Founder and Chairman, Arthur Ryan dies at 83.

He was born in Cork Ireland to an insurance clerk in 1935, and went to the Synge Street CBS in Dublin after moving to the city with his family. He later emigrated to London and entered the genteel world of gentlemen's tailoring as a tie buyer at Swan & Edgar. He also worked for London fashion wholesaler Carr & McDonald. From there, he returned to Dublin to work at Dunnes Stores.
