The C. Hub Magazine Board of Directors verifies that the need for independent Directors to meet the impartiality and independence requirements for CA Award from hereon. The CA Award Independent Directors met on the 18th June 2016 under the chairmanship of Michaelene Holder-March and carried out an assessment to determine the independence of its Directors, Terms of Reference, policy /standards for the future of CA Awards including the nominations and the selection process.
