Facebook under fire as details of the CEO’s Secret Dinner with Right-wing Politicians Leaked.

Facebook can be said to now be on its deathbed with the barrage of accusing fingers pointing at the social media giant. Recall last year, Facebook was accused of giving access to users' data to third-party companies. It was also accused of misleading users and undermined their privacy one of which brought about the Analytica scandal of 2018. Apart from these, there's been a series of other issues and complaints raised against Facebook on the issue of privacy and transparency with users as has been recorded by Electronic Privacy Information Center (Epic.org)

Mercedes constructors' title

Mercedes secures 2019 Constructors’ Title, their 6th in a row and now guaranteed a Drivers’ Title.

Mercedes has set a new record as the greatest in F1 history, breaking the former record set by Michael Schumacher and Ferrari from 2000 to 2004. Hamilton and Bottas praised the Mercedes team for winning their sixth title in six years in an interview.

Coco Gauff,15, wins her first WTA title in Linz, Austria becomes the youngest tennis player to do so.

Coco becomes the youngest player at 15 years to win a WTA singles title since Nicole Vaidisova in 2004. She also becomes the youngest U.S. woman to win a tour single since 1991 and she is also younger than both Serena and Venus Williams (both at 17) when they won their first titles. Coco before the tournament was ranked out of Top 100 but she will move up to 71 in the latest WTA ranking tomorrow.

Eliud Kipchoge breaks his own record, becomes the first man to run a marathon in less than 2 hours

This was not the first time the four-time marathon winner has tried to run a sub-two-hour marathon. He ran two hours and 26 seconds in Monza, Italy, on May 2017. Eliud Kipchoge, who before the run compared the achievement to landing on the moon was nothing but happy after the race. He tweeted on his Twitter page: “Today we went to the moon and came back to Earth! I am at a loss for words for all the support I have received from all over the world. Thank you to all who gave me the opportunity. Asante.”
